How did the group get started on the Plaza?

The two founding fathers, (Rock and Larry), were returning from a two-bike trip to the BMW rally,"Trail of Tears", April 23-25 1999. They left the greater Kansas City area on a Friday and returned 2 days later, after spanning across parts of Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Illinois. While spending Saturday night in Arkansas, they decided their final destination on Sunday should be Latte Land a local coffee shop on the Country Club Plaza. Four years later, Latte Land still draws bikers every weekend morning and some evenings, weather permitting. See photos
